Vision pipeline, gateway and ingestion

Problem
Thousands of cameras produce far more than a cloud path can process at a sane cost.
Approach
Co-architected the gateway and ingestion layer. Moved detection to the edge on YOLOv11 and RF-DETR.
Result
2M+ events a day across 5,000+ cameras and 150+ customers. CPU down ~60%. The in-house path avoided ~$500K. no public receipt

Hundreds of live streams at sub-second latency

Operators need hundreds of camera streams at once, live, without lag.
Approach
A WebSocket monitoring console with an NVR-style grid.
